With over 30 years in tech and leadership roles at SAP, Oracle, and Republic Polytechnic, I bring a global perspective to career and talent development. As SAP’s CSR Director for APJ and a certified ACC coach, I’ve mentored and empowered young professionals across Asia—helping them navigate career transitions, grow into leadership, and thrive in global workplaces. Bilingual in English and Chinese, I specialise in supporting young professionals and emerging leaders—particularly those from Asian backgrounds—who are navigating career transitions, building leadership skills, and growing in global workplaces.
